Know what the plan includes
A maintenance plan should be understandable before enrollment. Ask about:
- The number of scheduled visits and how scheduling works.

- Any included debris removal or minor maintenance.
- How observations and recommended repairs are communicated.
- Separately priced work, access limitations and cancellation terms.
