Does insurance need to cover my roof?
No. We work with homeowners paying for their roofing work themselves. Whether insurance declined coverage or your roof is simply worn out, we can discuss the work and your budget. We don’t manage or negotiate insurance claims.
How much will my roof cost?
The roof’s size, pitch, materials and condition all affect the price. We review the project before quoting, explain the included work, and discuss how unexpected conditions will be handled.
What if a repair is enough?
Tell us what you’re seeing. If a targeted repair is appropriate, we’ll discuss it. A replacement recommendation should come from the condition of your roof.
What happens after I send this?
