If wear extends across the roof or repairs keep returning, we can discuss replacement alongside any practical repair option. Architectural asphalt shingles, designer shingles and metal involve different costs and details. The scope should explain what is being replaced and how decking, ventilation and flashing will be addressed.
Paying for the roof yourself
You don’t need an insurance payout to start a conversation. We work on directly funded projects and focus on a fair price for clearly defined work. We do not manage claims or negotiate with insurers.

Can you look at a chimney leak?
We can discuss chimney flashing and the surrounding roofing. Roofing work is separate from chimney sweeping, fireplace inspection and structural masonry repairs.
Do I need to send photos from the roof?
No. Stay off the roof. Photos taken safely from the ground or of an interior stain can be discussed after we connect.
